TecnoClub Elburgo is a STEM family club based in Elburgo, Spain. We organize activities for kids in the Elburgo area, such as a robotic club, programming in Scratch, paper and rubberband airplanes construction and competitions, kite making and flying, photography contests, environmental campaigns, visits to faris, Universities and companies in our area...
We organized the Scratch Day Elburgo in 2012, and presented a team to FLL Food Factor, where our kids were awarded the Innovative Solution Prize at the regional tournament.
Some University lecturers and researches come to our activities to share their knowledge with our kids in fields such as robotics and computer programming.
In addition to STEM skills, we encourage the teamwork and the friendship among the participants in our activities.
TecnoClub is a group supported by families and private sponsors, with no financial aid coming from local, regional or national government. Anyway, Elburgo Council provides technical support and premises for most of the activities.
