Hard work, some jokes, some English ...

Four minutes of video is a long haul work!

To get 2 minutes, we have been mote than four hours... Kids are trying to do their best in English, and, of course, playing a lot.

We are using some "teleprompter" technique: Space Kids are Spanish speaking kids, and they are beginning with their English courses, so they think what to say, then write it on the whiteboard, and they read when recording the video.

I proposed them to speak Spanish on the video, but all of them chose to try it in English. Brave Kids!

First video session

First saturday after entering Moonbots challenge, and first video session.

It was time for Iván and Luis to introduce themselves and to talk about what to bring to the Moon and left there, and why.

Space Kids wrote the script on the board, as a teleprompter, and talked to the camera, as TV professionals.

And all the work in English! Well done, guys!

Our MoonBots registration has been accepted!

We received today the ok from Moonbots organizers. Space Kids have been accepted in 2012 competition. There are currently 22 teams on the departure grid, from Japan, Australia, the Americas, Africa and Europe.

SpaceKids and "vikings on the moon" are the two only European teams registered until now. There are some other Spanish speaking teams, from Mexico and Uruguay.

We all have three weeks to do our best to get into Pase II. Good luck to all teams!
